Healthy Chocolate Fudge Easy Recipe

This delicious and easy recipe contains only 5 ingredients! It’s totally sugar-free, gluten and dairy-free and sooo yummy – great for Easter or as an occasional treat!.

Ingredients:

    1. 240g almond butter (or other nut/seed butter)

    2. 30g raw cacao powder (unsweetened)

    3. 30ml coconut oil (melted)

    4. 15–30ml maple syrup (optional) (or liquid stevia to taste for full sugar-free)

Method:

  1. In a bowl, mix almond butter, melted coconut oil, cacao powder, sweetener, and vanilla until smooth and thick.

  2. Spoon into silicone molds, a lined tray, or roll into bite-sized balls.

  3. Freeze for 20–30 minutes until set.

  4. Store in the fridge (1 week) or freezer (up to 1 month).

Bonus tips:

  • Pinch of sea salt on top

  • Roll the ‘balls’ in chopped nuts, cacao nibs, or shredded coconut

  • Cinnamon or orange zest for a flavour twist
